This role is a great fit for someone who: • Enjoys creating structure and solving problems • Likes taking ownership instead of waiting for instructions • Thrives when no two days look the same • Is naturally organised and detail-oriented • Is a strong communicator — with suppliers, providers and owners alike The role combines: • Property operations • Maintenance coordination • Supplier management • Owner support • Administrative control Spanish and English are mandatory — you'll be working with both local suppliers and international owners daily. Office located in the Higuerón area, Costa del Sol — sea views included!
