Do you have experience with minor repairs and enjoy variety in your work? Then we are looking for you to join us as our new Handyman / Maintenance Technician for vacation rentals. What will you do? • Carry out minor repairs in and around vacation properties (doors, windows, plumbing, lighting, furniture, etc.), • Install or replace equipment or materials, • Identify and report larger technical issues, • Independently manage your schedule and service requests, • Respond flexibly to urgent issues or changing situations, • Create planning using the booking system, taking occupancy into account, • Check and verify property checkouts Who are we looking for? • You are skilled, technically competent, and work accurately, • You can work independently and set priorities, • You are flexibly available (sometimes weekends or evenings by appointment), • Driving license B – own transport is a plus, • You have basic computer or tablet skills and like to contribute ideas for improvement, • Experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or in a technical role is a strong asset What do we offer? • An independent and varied position, • Working hours by agreement, • Fair pay based on experience and commitment, • Work in a small, supportive team with room for initiative 👉 Interested? Entonces te estamos buscando como nuestro nuevo Manitas / Técnico de mantenimiento para alquiler vacacional. ¿Qué harás? • Realizar pequeñas reparaciones en y alrededor de alojamientos vacacionales (puertas, ventanas, sanitarios, iluminación, muebles, etc.), • Instalar o reemplazar equipos o materiales, • Detectar y comunicar problemas técnicos mayores, • Gestionar de forma autónoma tu planificación y avisos, • Responder de forma flexible a incidencias urgentes o situaciones cambiantes, • Planificar con ayuda del sistema de reservas teniendo en cuenta la ocupación, • Verificar salidas (check-outs) ¿A quién buscamos? • • Eres hábil, con conocimientos técnicos y trabajas con precisión, • Puedes trabajar de forma autónoma y establecer prioridades, • Disponibilidad flexible (también fines de semana o tardes, según acuerdo), • Carnet de conducir B – vehículo propio es una ventaja, • Tienes conocimientos básicos de informática/tableta y aportas ideas para mejorar, • Experiencia como manitas, técnico de mantenimiento o en un puesto técnico es un plus ¿Qué ofrecemos? • Un puesto independiente y variado, • Horario de trabajo a convenir, • Remuneración justa según experiencia y compromiso, • Trabajo en un equipo pequeño y colaborativo con espacio para iniciativa

Je zorgt voor een warm welkom, een vlotte check-in/-out en staat in voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling van de boekingen. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is Wat ga je doen? • Je ontvangt gasten aan de balie, telefonisch en per mail, • Je verwerkt boekingen en communiceert hierover met eigenaars en poetsploegen, • Je beantwoordt vragen over verblijven, beschikbaarheden en praktische info, • Je ondersteunt bij administratieve taken zoals facturatie en sleutelbeheer, • Je denkt mee over hoe we onze service kunnen verbeteren, • Je voert beschrijvingen op platforms in en houdt deze actueel (Airbnb.
