We are a dynamic real estate agency looking for a creative and motivated Videographer to join us full-time. What You’ll Do: Shoot and edit 2–3 real estate videos per month, showcasing properties in engaging and stylish ways. Create lifestyle and brand content (short clips, reels, behind-the-scenes). Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to bring ideas to life. Ensure high production quality using our in-house professional equipment. Stay up-to-date with video trends, especially for social media platforms. What We Offer: Access to professional videography equipment (valued at €20K+). What We’re Looking For: Basic to intermediate experience in videography and video editing (we will help you level up fast). Strong eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling. Bonus: experience shooting lifestyle or social media content.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant or PA to join our team in Mallorca. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support, ensuring every task and detail is handled with precision and efficiency. A personal car is required for travel within the island. If the collaboration continues successfully, we would offer a formal long-term part-time contract for a 12-month period. With time, initiative, and growth, the role could evolve into one of the following paths Sales Agent, Rental Agent, Office Manager… Requirements: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Proficiency with digital tools, platforms, and basic design software. Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
