# Oferta de empleo — Comercial InmoScan3D # Comercial — Captación de clientes (InmoScan 3D) Agencias Inmobiliarias, Promotoras, Instituciones Patrimoniales, Inversores, Bancos, Portales Inmobiliarios. ## Descripción del puesto En InmoScan 3D buscamos un/a comercial para captar nuevos clientes y llevar nuestro servicio de escaneo 3D e infraestructura digital inmobiliaria a agencias, bancos, inversores y propietarios en la zona de Costa Cálida / Murcia. ## Funciones • Captar nuevos clientes para InmoScan 3D, • Visitar agencias inmobiliarias, bancos, inversores y propietarios para presentar nuestros servicios, • Explicar y vender el valor de nuestros escaneos 3D, tours virtuales y planos con mediciones, • Generar y cerrar nuevas oportunidades de negocio ## Requisitos • Perfil comercial, con buena capacidad de comunicación y orientación a resultados, • Haber trabajo en el sector comercial / marketing inmobiliario y/o construcción / promocion inmobiliaria, • afán de superación y la mejora continua, • Español e inglés: Se valora muy positivamente el perfil bilingüe ## Ubicación • Costa Cálida · Murcia - Alicante, • Cartagena, Mar Menor, Torrevieja, La Zenia,, • Zona Levante Español, • Campos de Golf, • Resorts de Playa Se puede buscar la forma de compaginar con otros empleos actuales. WE HAVE THE LEADS. WE NEED THE CLOSER. Our Orihuela Costa office is growing, and we are looking for additional experienced Property Sales Agents to join our team. This is not a position where you will spend your first few months wondering where your next buyer is coming from. The buyers are already here. We have a strong pipeline of active buyer leads, new enquiries arriving regularly and a growing portfolio of properties across Orihuela Costa ready to sell. Now we need another great salesperson to help us turn those opportunities into results. The Role You will take ownership of your buyers from initial enquiry through to sale. You will qualify buyers properly, understand what they are really looking for, source suitable properties, arrange and conduct viewings, follow up consistently, negotiate and progress opportunities towards completion. Take ownership of your buyers. And close. What We Are Looking For • Previous real estate sales experience is essential • Fluent English and Spanish • Full driving licence and own car • Confident conducting property viewings and dealing directly with buyers • Strong sales, negotiation and follow up skills • Motivated, proactive and driven to achieve results • Organised and capable of managing multiple active buyers and opportunities • Confident working with an international client base • Additional languages are a bonus What We Offer • Full time employment contract • Salary plus commission • An existing pipeline of active buyer leads • Regular new enquiries generated through established marketing • Strong property portfolio across Orihuela Costa and surrounding areas • Support from an experienced team • An established estate agency dedicated to real estate since 1989 • Office based in Orihuela Costa We are not looking for somebody who simply wants a job in real estate.
