Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in one of the offices of FIRST MALLORCA. The Team Assistant will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the real estate team, assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing excellent customer service to clients. Qualifications English, Spanish & German knowledge Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Customer service and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience in the real estate industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required
