How will you make an impact? • Drive new business opportunities: Identify, prospect, and develop new clients across different market segments., • Build strategic relationships: Establish strong connections with clients, agencies, and key partners to generate repeat business., • Manage the full sales cycle: From lead generation to closing, ensuring effective conversion of opportunities., • Contribute to commercial targets: Actively support the achievement of individual and team KPIs., • Ensure seamless operations: Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee a smooth handover and excellent guest experience., • Monitor market trends: Stay up to date with competitors, trends, and opportunities to maximize performance. Are you the one we are looking for? • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry., • Knowledge of the luxury hospitality segment., • Proactive, results-driven, and commercially minded profile., • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills., • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities., • High level of English (written and spoken).
