Summary Responsible for leading and performing Factory Acceptance Tests, installations, and start-up of PreFab modular data centers on the Barcelona Factory and occasionally at customer facilities. Primary Responsibilities • Owner of Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test documents., • Project configuration and start‑up in our factory., • Develop FAT and SAT scripts., • Manage and witness installation and start‑up at customer sites., • Verify project performance before shipment., • Report lessons learnt., • Support Service Department., • Occasional travel to lead other factories and site testing/commissioning. KPI • Safety first: zero accidents., • Lead FAT in all projects, ensuring functionality and process compliance., • Report results and track open items., • Track snagging lists and lessons learnt., • Focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Business Dimension • Data center business., • Projects ranging from 400k to 60M USD., • Electrical, cooling, control, and monitoring installation systems., • 90% factory work, 10% customer facilities., • Projects delivered worldwide., • Project‑environment work., • Team‑environment work., • International business. Competency • Hard Skills, • English speaking, writing, reading, • IT systems and PC software literacy, • Electrical equipment operation and maintenance, • Knowledge of electrical LV power distribution, • Digital/analog 0-10, 4-20 mA signal knowledge, • Power electronics knowledge, • MV knowledge or concepts, • Cooling systems knowledge or concepts (DX and water‑cooling solutions), • Microsoft Office, • Open to travel for periods of 1 to 2 weeks, • Soft Skills, • Autonomous and decision maker, • Good performance under pressure, • High work capacity, • Analysis capability, • Effective reporting (writing and speaking), • Excellent communication and customer focus Experience & Acknowledgement • 3‑5 years as a field services engineer working on electrical equipment and systems., • Power electrical distribution knowledge., • 3‑phase, single‑phase, AC‑DC schematics, switchgear operation and installation experience., • Electrical engineering studies or equivalent., • Experience using electrical measurement instruments and data capture., • BMS/Control systems knowledge., • PLC knowledge valuable., • Cooling systems experience (DX, chillers) valuable., • Experience travelling and working abroad valuable.
