Project Manager (German Speaker | Automotive Sector) We’re looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join a leading project in the automotive sector. If you bring strong coordination skills, experience in ramp-up and change management, and are fluent in German and English, this could be your next challenge! 🎯 Main Responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate complex automotive projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables., • Collaborate with specialist groups across different domains to ensure seamless execution., • Drive change management and oversee lifecycle processes throughout the project., • Manage production planning and ramp-up phases, ensuring successful industrialization., • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report to key stakeholders and management. 💼 Requirements: • +5 years of proven experience in project management, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination., • Solid knowledge of change management, lifecycle management, and ramp-up in production environments., • Hands-on experience with OEMs' development processes, methods, and tools., • Background in electrified components within the MEB series, including battery insourcing. 📚 Qualifications: • Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or similar. 🌍 Languages: • German – C1 (mandatory), • English – C1 🧠 Soft Skills: • Strong leadership and communication skills., • High level of self-organization and initiative., • Proactive problem-solving mindset., • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
