🍽️ Runner — Cà Maréin Marbella Buscamos un/a Runner que entienda que en el fine dining el ritmo lo es todo: alguien ágil, atento y con energía, capaz de que cada plato llegue en su momento perfecto y de sostener, desde la sombra, una experiencia frente al mar para recordar. Lo que harás Serás el motor silencioso de nuestra sala. Llevarás cada plato de la cocina a la mesa cuidando la temperatura, el orden y los tiempos; serás el puente entre cocina y sala, anticipándote a lo que el equipo necesita; mantendrás la mise en place y el office siempre a punto; apoyarás a los camareros en el desbarasado y la reposición con discreción y precisión; y contagiarás tu energía y tu pasión por la hospitalidad en cada servicio. Lo que buscamos Ganas, actitud y ritmo (experiencia previa como runner o en sala es un plus, pero no imprescindible). Agilidad física para un servicio dinámico, capacidad de trabajo en equipo y algo de inglés para movernos en un entorno internacional. Disponibilidad para trabajar en temporada, tardes, fines de semana y festivos. Nos importa más tu actitud y tu potencial que una lista perfecta de méritos: si te entusiasma el proyecto, queremos conocerte. What you'll do You'll be the quiet engine of our dining room. You'll carry every dish from the kitchen to the table, caring for temperature, sequence and timing; you'll be the bridge between kitchen and floor, anticipating what the team needs; you'll keep the mise en place and station always ready; you'll support the waiters with clearing and restocking with discretion and precision; and you'll bring your energy and passion for hospitality to every service. What we're looking for Drive, attitude and pace (previous experience as a runner or on the floor is a plus, but not essential). Physical agility for a fast-moving service, a real team spirit, and some English to work in an international setting. Availability to work through the season, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. Your attitude and potential matter more to us than a perfect list of credentials: if the project excites you, we want to meet you.
