What you'll be doing front of house at Los Arcos: - Ensure guests’ needs are met and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit. - Work closely with the bar team to ensure smooth and efficient service. - Maintain cleanliness of the bar and service area, Proactively clear and service tables. - Handle payments and operate the POS system. - About you, our new Waiting team member: - Competent speaking English.
