This role is about building , not managing. You will co-create YOUNG Coffee as a business, a brand and a scalable operation — with real ownership and long-term responsibility. Key Responsibilities • Co-define the vision, strategy and long-term direction of YOUNG Coffee, • Lead daily operations of the flagship location (hands-on), • Build, manage and develop the team, • Improve efficiency, margins and profitability, • Design and execute the expansion strategy, • Build scalable processes, culture and operating standards, • Represent YOUNG Coffee externally as a founder Requirements Strong entrepreneurial mindset Previous experience in hospitality (coffee shops, cafés, restaurants, bars or similar) Comfortable operating daily while thinking long-term Able to build teams, processes and culture from scratch Thinks in terms of unit economics, margins and scalability , not just product Willing to take ownership, make decisions and take risks Conditions • Founder-level role (not employment), • High level of autonomy and responsibility, • On-site presence expected, especially in early stages, • Long-term commitment mindset
