💼 Position: Customer Service Agent (Dutch speaker) – Hybrid You would be part of a secure and dynamic project handling sensitive card-related information across several areas: • Blocking lost or stolen credit/debit cards, • Assisting cardholders with inquiries and identity verification, • Fraud checks and reviewing transactions, • Managing disputes and claims 🕒 Schedule: • 39 hours per week, • Shifts between Monday and Sunday, from 08:00 to 24:00, distributed over 4–5 days (8 hours per day), • Evening and night shifts can be worked remotely 💶 Salary: • +€2.50/hour for work between 22:00 and 00:00, • +€14 gross/hour for Sundays 🎁 Other Benefits: • Full paid training, • Hybrid working options after the training period, • Private health insurance, • Free Spanish lessons (once a week), • Meal & transport card (via Endenred – tax-free salary allocation), • Multicultural work environment with fun and supportive colleagues, • Clear growth opportunities after 6 months based on performance 📍 Location: Valencia (hybrid role) 🗓️ Planned start date: November 24
