At HBX, we believe that tech + data + people set us apart, supported by our “global approach, local touch” philosophy Job Summary This role leads Accounts Payable across Holiday Taxis and Micronexus, overseeing supplier payments, reconciliations, and cash management across separate platforms and processes. Managing a multi-skilled team, the role ensures accuracy, strong controls, and efficient operations while partnering with sourcing and wider business teams to resolve issues and optimise performance. Responsibilities • Lead and develop the AP team to deliver accurate, timely reconciliations and supplier payments, • Partner with Sourcing to manage supplier queries and expectations effectively, • Resolve aged issues and disputes; provide recommendations to senior leadership, • Monitor cash flow and FX exposure through regular cash and currency checks, • Ensure strong controls, reducing risk of fraud, error, or payment leakage, • Review supplier payment terms to protect cash flow, • Drive team performance, motivation, and productivity measures, • Implement consistent processes and continuous improvements, • Identify opportunities to optimise income (e.g. VCC) and improve commercial outcomes, • Flag and escalate risks linked to supplier payments Skills & Experience • Strong experience in Accounts Payable; broader Finance Operations experience beneficial, • High attention to detail with strong accuracy, • Good organisational and administrative skills, • Strong Excel and overall system literacy, • Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, • Flexible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, • Strong influencing and problem-solving skills At HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.
