Main responsibilities: - Organize, direct, coordinate and supervise all actions delegated by the Director, focussed on promotion, sales, advertising and public relations for the hotel (mainly those arising from the operation of F&B and of rooms). - Convene regular meetings to inform, be informed or discuss day by day issues with the different departments of the hotel. - Report to the Director of the most important topics and replace the Director in his absence - Supervise the implementation of rules and orders issued by the Management. - Monitor the effectiveness of preventive and corrective maintenance. - Personal check of the provided service quality. - Welcoming customers due to their category. - Coordinate and supervise the work of the different heads of departments. - Deal with complaints and claims when necessary. - Set up of corrective measures by delegation to achieve the targets fixed in the budget (costs, expenses or production). Hospitality coordinator We are a luxury company, where we offer our international clients personalized attention in private villas, boats or events during their average stay of 4 weeks with 360º in luxury services (from chef, coaches, therapists, drivers ... etc) We are looking for a decisive, proactive, discreet person, with attitude, with the ability to coordinate teams, analyze situations and order priorities. Who will assist the head of the department and help meet the 5-star level standards offered to our customers, partly managing daily operations and supporting supervision. Will need to submit weekly expense and task reports. These would be the following tasks: - Financial control of the different departments (chefs, cleaning, drivers, gardening, maintenance, suppliers, customer purchases) - Logistic control (uniforms, inventories, spas.. etc) - Complete supervision of the state of the villas according to the quality standards of the company. -Support in Human Resources, recruitment and training - Preparations of the new villas. -Coordination of all the operations of the department with the different members of the team. - Direct assistance to the Head of the department. - Support for urgent matters. Requirements: - Living in Mallorca - Flexible working hours - Driving license and own car. - Attitude and being decisive. - Good presence and discretion - Languages: Good level of English and Spanish. More languages will be valued. -Management of office and microsoft Teams. - Experience leading equipment minimum of 2 years demonstrable.
