We are expanding our team for Season 2025! Estamos buscando camareros/as para incorporarse de forma inmediata. - 40 hrs semanales, 1 x turno partido por semana. Position Summary: Origin Palmanova is seeking a motivated and experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will lead by example, manage front-of-house staff, and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the front-of-house team to deliver excellent customer service. Assist in managing schedules and tracking employee performance. Ensure labour and wage targets are met, optimizing staff efficiency without compromising service quality. Ensure all staff adhere to the restaurant’s established order of service and operational standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality service. Train, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold Origin Palmanova’s values and standards. Oversee reservations, seating arrangements, and workflow during service hours. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently. Requirements: Proven experience in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and communication skills, with fluency in both English and Spanish. Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet labour and wage targets.
