- Greet customers cordially upon arrival, creating a positive impression. - Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently and accurately. - Assign tables considering customer preferences and restaurant availability. - Provide menu information and respond to questions or special needs. - Coordinate with wait staff to ensure smooth service and consistent attention to customers - Maintain an orderly and welcoming reception area. - Reservation Management: Monitor reservations through The Fork platform, fulfill requests and update waitlist in real time. - Customer Service: Answer calls and emails from customers to resolve doubts, manage reservations or attend to special requests. - Assist waiting staff when needed, create special offers up on the clients request together with Chef

We are looking for a Host or Hostess to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests in our new restaurant Cyrano. Host/Hostess responsibilities include answering the telephone and taking bookings, greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining areas. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure. Ultimately, you’ll ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests.
