The contract • 32h/week - 4 nights, rotating days off (Mon–Sun) (from 00.00 to 08.00), • €1,586/month gross + performance bonuses, • Vacation per collective agreement, • Team bonus for 5-star OTA reviews + revenue KPI incentive Who we are Anfitrión Marbella is a 19-room boutique hotel set across private villas by the sea. We're not a conventional hotel - we're quiet, precise, and genuinely care about every detail. If you thrive in an environment that values calm over spectacle and precision over noise, you'll fit in well here. Role Summary At night, you're the one holding the hotel together. You look after late-arriving guests, close the day with financial accuracy, and make sure the morning team starts with everything in order. It's a role that combines real autonomy, numerical rigor, and guest care that doesn't need theatrics. What you'll do • Welcome and assist late arrivals and departures, • Run the nightly PMS closure: reconciliation, payments, folios, no-shows, • Handle cash, card, and OTA transactions with precision, • Prepare next-day arrivals with complete guest information and notes, • Carry out overnight security rounds, • Keep guest profiles and reservations up to date, • Hand over a clear, structured briefing to the morning team What we're looking for • At least 1 year in front desk or night audit (boutique or upscale preferred), • Fluent Spanish and English, spoken and written, • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, • Comfortable working independently through the night, • Confident with PMS systems, OTA extranets, and MS Office, • Available for nights, weekends, and public holidays, • Legal right to work in Spain, • Bonus points for: Cloudbeds, Opera, or MEWS · French, German, Arabic, or Russian · driver's license · basic first aid How We Measure Success • Near-zero discrepancies in night audit closures, • Seamless, calm nights with no disruption to guest experience, • Clear, concise handovers that enable smooth morning operations, • Positive guest feedback mentioning attentiveness, calm, and professionalism How to apply Send your CV (PDF) to Subject line: Night Auditor – Anfitrión Marbella In the body of your email, mention: PMS systems you've used, languages, and your earliest available start date.
