As a Social Media & Community Manager, you will manage and activate Farmina’s global social media presence, strengthening brand affinity and building genuine relationships with pet parents, creators and digital communities across our key platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong digital know-how with creativity, cultural sensitivity, and a genuine passion for community building. What you'll do • Manage and execute community management activities across Farmina’s global social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)., • Monitor social conversations, engage with followers and respond to comments using a brand-approved tone of voice., • Foster a positive, respectful and engaging online community, ensuring consistent moderation standards and interaction quality., • Identify optimal posting times, formats and engagement tactics based on platform dynamics and audience behavior., • Spot opportunities to organically insert Farmina into cultural, topical and community-driven conversations aligned with brand values., • Identify, curate and promote relevant user-generated content (UGC), including tagged and community-submitted content., • Support the execution of social activations such as giveaways, collaborations, campaigns and other events., • Identify and engage influencers and creators aligned with Farmina’s target audience, supporting partnerships, content planning and relationship management., • Flag service-related issues, fulfillment concerns or negative trends to Customer Care or relevant internal teams., • Collaborate with Brand, Digital and Customer Care teams to ensure coherent messaging and effective issue management., • Support monthly reporting by collecting native platform data and engagement metrics, providing insights on community sentiment and content performance. What we're looking for • 2+ years of experience in social media and community management roles., • Proven experience managing social media calendars and day-to-day execution, including online community moderation., • Experience in influencer and UGC engagement and management., • Strong knowledge of global social media platforms, algorithms, trends and best practices., • Content creation knowledge, particularly in reel format., • Solid understanding of online community dynamics and engagement strategies., • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across platforms., • Ability to operate autonomously, exercising judgment to prioritize responses and manage sensitive interactions., • Native Spanish and fluent English are mandatory.
