Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests warmly. - Present menus and provide detailed information. - Take accurate food and beverage orders. - Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly. - Assist with table setup and maintain a clean dining area. - Upsell menu items and specials. - Handle guest complaints with empathy. - Process payments accurately. - Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive work environment. Requirements: - Previous customer service experience preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of food and beverage service. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. - Strong teamwork and organizational skills. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Fluent in English and Spanish other languages are a plus.
