Oferta español / Offer English Buscamos cocinero para restaurante gastronómico/fine dining. Empezamos con 20h semana de 19:00 a 23:00, pero se podría ampliar conforme aumente la demanda. Preparación de entrantes fríos y calientes (carpaccios, tartar, vieiras, ceviche, etc) y principales (risotto, pasta, milhojas de berenjena, etc). Salario y condiciones acorde a convenio colectivo.— — We are looking for a cook for a fine dining restaurant. We’ll start with 20h a week, but this could expand as demand grows. Preparation of hot and cold appetizers (carpaccio, tartare, scallops, ceviche, etc.) and main courses (risotto, pasta, eggplant mille-feuille, etc.). Salary and working conditions in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.
