General Manager – COYA Marbella COYA Marbella is looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our Restaurant, Pool and Club operation. We are looking for an inspirational leader who thrives in high-volume luxury hospitality, understands exceptional guest experiences, develops outstanding teams, and has the commercial mindset to deliver outstanding business performance. About the role Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will have full responsibility for the operational and commercial success of COYA Marbella across multiple revenue streams. You will lead a large management team, inspire over 100 hospitality professionals, drive profitability, elevate guest satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence across every aspect of the business. This is a highly visible leadership position requiring strategic thinking, exceptional people leadership and hands-on operational expertise. What you'll be responsible for • Leading all aspects of Restaurant, Pool and Club operations, • Driving financial performance, profitability and commercial growth, • Building, coaching and developing a high-performing leadership team, • Delivering unforgettable guest experiences while maintaining the highest luxury service standards, • Managing budgets, forecasting, labour costs and P&L performance, • Championing employee engagement, talent development and succession planning, • Working closely with culinary, marketing, finance and people teams to deliver business objectives, • Continuously improving standards, innovation and operational efficiency We're looking for someone who has • Significant General Manager or multi-outlet leadership experience within luxury hospitality, • Experience leading premium restaurants, lifestyle venues, or beach clubs, • Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L management experience, • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach and develop large teams, • A genuine passion for guest experience and luxury service, • Experience delivering high-volume operations without compromising quality, • Strong understanding of financial performance, labour management and operational KPIs, • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, • Fluency in English (Spanish is highly desirable) Why join COYA?
