Connect the Dots Across the Business: Partner closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and HR to create an agile, integrated operational ecosystem. Who You Are Manufacturing Leader at Heart: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science & Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management, or similar and offer solid experience in manufacturing operations—ideally from the food industry—paired with strong people leadership and management skills. Bilingual Operator: You are fluent in Spanish and comfortable working in English at B2–C1 level. Lean & Continuous Improvement Champion: comfortable applying Lean principles in real operational environments and driving a culture. You know how to drive continuous improvement, eliminate waste, and shape efficient, high‑performing teams. Analytical Navigator : You use data to guide decisions and challenge the status que and are proactive, resilient, and always aiming for better. Strong Communicator & Influencer: builds strong relationships, facilitates collaboration, and communicates clearly across teams and levels.
