We are looking for a Sales & Property Management Assistant to join our small but dynamic team in La Heredia, Benahavís. This role offers a great opportunity to grow within the real estate industry, with a competitive base salary plus attractive sales & rental commission incentives. Key Responsibilities: • Responding to inquiries and booking appointments • Listing and sourcing properties • Conducting weekly home inspections • Uploading properties to resale platforms and company website • Assisting in marketing efforts • Conducting sales and rental viewings when required • Coordinating with builders and service providers • Handling DHL receipt and delivery administration • General office administration, including invoicing • As a small team, we support each other and may need to adapt to different tasks as needed Terms & Compensation: • Standard hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM • One Saturday per month (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM), with a half-day off during that week • 40 hours per week: • Flexible hours available: • Lucrative commission structure on both sales & rentals – excellent earning potential! • Company car available for client viewings • 20 days holiday + bank holidays (limited unpaid leave is also an option) • 3-month probationary period Who We’re Looking For: We are not necessarily seeking someone with real estate experience, but rather a trustworthy, hardworking individual who can think on their feet and learn quickly. Strong administrative skills are essential. About the job Buscamos a una persona para el puesto de Maître para nuestro Hotel El Fuerte Marbella 5*.Tu labor consistirá en comunicar y alinear al personal con los objetivos establecidos, así como planificar y coordinar el servicio garantizando estándares de calidad y eficiencia.
