You will ensure smooth, elegant, and efficient service, alternating between guest-facing tasks and operational support as service volume shifts. Your mission is to uphold excellence standards, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and deliver a memorable guest experience. 🧩 Responsabilidades / Responsibilities Transportar alimentos y bebidas desde cocina/bar a mesa con rapidez y seguridad. Swiftly and safely deliver food and beverages from kitchen/bar to tables. Verificar comandas, modificaciones y alergias antes de salir del pase. Verify orders, modifications, and allergy notes before leaving the pass. Presentar los platos de forma clara y profesional en la mesa. Professionally present and announce dishes at the table. Mantener temperaturas óptimas en la entrega (caliente/frío). Ensure dishes are served at optimal temperature (hot/cold). Prebussing y limpieza constante de mesas durante el servicio. Pre-bus and keep tables clean throughout the service. Reposición de agua, pan y elementos esenciales de la mesa. Refill water, bread, and table essentials proactively. Comunicación constante con cocina y barra. Maintain clear communication with kitchen and bar. Montaje y desmontaje del comedor según estándares TATEL. Assist with dining room setup and breakdown. Conocer y manejar la numeración y disposición de mesas. Know and navigate the dining room layout and table numbers. Reponer cubertería, cristalería y mantelería en estaciones de servicio. Restock cutlery, glassware, and linens at service stations. Apoyo en tareas básicas de limpieza y office en horas punta. Support basic cleaning and dishroom tasks during peak hours. Resolver pequeñas dudas de clientes o derivarlas al camarero responsable. Handle minor guest inquiries or direct them appropriately. Cumplir normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria. Comply with hygiene and food safety standards. Participar en briefings previos al servicio. Participate in pre-service briefings. En servicio de piscina, utilizar siempre el material adecuado. During pool service, always use designated glassware/materials. 🎯 Requisitos / Requirements Experiencia previa como Camarero/a o Waiter/tress. Previous experience as a waiter/tress. Capacidad para trabajar en ritmos altos sin perder calidad. Ability to perform in fast-paced environments. Agilidad, coordinación y resistencia física. Agility, coordination, and physical endurance. Atención al detalle y precisión en la entrega. Attention to detail and delivery accuracy. Excelente comunicación y trabajo en equipo. Excellent communication and teamwork.
