ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the implementation of the EU product portfolio strategies including value proposition, positioning, product promotion, pricing and portfolio lifecycle management. /li liIn conjunction with the EU Marketing manager and country marketing teams, develop market specific strategies and tactics for our synthetic mesh offerings to ensure that BD Hernia portfolio is well positioned for success. /li liDevelop and maintain expert market knowledge in terms of quantitative data (e.g. market data, market trends, competitor offering) and qualitative data (e.g. customer needs, technologies and applications). /li liDevelop and implement new product launch campaigns, aligning with market specific strategies and coordinating launch activities with all relevant stakeholders. /li liSupport the Sales team with product information as the main Subject Matter Expert and contribute to product training initiatives on a regular basis. /li liDevelop promotional material / marketing collateral and tools which will deliver key messages, positioning and reflect brand essence. /li liDevelop and maintain a competitive intelligence database for your portfolio. Identify, evaluate and develop Key Opinion Leader (KOL) plan and network in conjunction with Professional Education Medical functions. /li liDevelop and support market research activities (Voice of Customer) and Post Market Surveillance studies. /li liSupport with the evaluation and prioritizations of Interfacing and Integration requirements in different markets and support the engagement with 3rd parties to plan and enable collaborations. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liSignificant and proven experience in a commercial/marketing role. /li liBachelor’s degree or equivalent. Medical or scientific degree preferred. /li liStrong knowledge of the Medtech industry especially with the surgery field. /li liExperience working in a matrix organization, ideally working in a multi‑cultural environment. /li liFluent in English as a working language. /li liAdditional languages an advantage. /li liWillingness to travel up to 50% travel across EU region. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
