We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our Palma de Mallorca office for a 6-month internship starting in September 2026, supporting a variety of administrative, commercial and marketing activities. This internship offers valuable exposure to office management, sales support, CRM systems, client service and marketing activities within a leading international yachting company. Working closely with brokers and support teams, the successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and multicultural environment while developing a broad understanding of the luxury yachting industry. MISSIONS • Prepare client presentations and commercial documentation (brochures, yacht specifications and marketing materials), • Draft, update and maintain yacht specifications and sales support materials, • Maintain and update internal databases and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, • Support brokers with administrative and coordination tasks related to client requests and commercial activities, • Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and marketing campaigns, • Support the organization of industry events and boat shows, including the Palma International Boat Show, • Coordinate office documentation and administrative processes, • Assist with office supplies management, inventory tracking and branding materials coordination, • Provide logistical support for meetings, client visits and internal activities, • Contribute to various operational projects to support the efficiency of the Palma office EDUCATION REQUIRED Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Yachting, Luxury Management, Tourism, or a related discipline SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • Strong interest in luxury services, hospitality, tourism, marketing or the yachting industry, • An internship or any experience in luxury (yachting) is a plus, • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), • Familiarity with Canva or similar marketing tools is a plus, • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage, • Organizational and administrative skills, • Attention to detail, • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, • Communication and interpersonal skills LANGUAGES • Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential, • Spanish is highly desirable, • Another language is a plus
