We are looking for a Vendor Management to join the team and being responsible for establishing and operating an effective vendor management model within the company. This role, delivered by an external service provider, plays a key part in ensuring that supplier relationships, contracts, and performance are managed in alignment with business objectives, delivery needs, and third-party risk management requirements. What will your duties be? Vendor Management • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with suppliers; develop and implement supplier and contract strategies., • Evaluate and regularly report vendor performance to Business Contract Owners, Procurement, and Delivery Managers., • Lead and facilitate vendor review meetings at a strategic level, in close collaboration with Delivery Managers., • Translate business plans into effective supplier strategies and relationships for assigned vendors., • Manage contract negotiations with suppliers, including scope changes, renewals, evolving requirements, and dispute resolution., • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership by assessing supplier capabilities, innovations, and market strategies., • Drive supplier consolidation initiatives and manage a preferred supplier list, increasing visibility across Technology Spain. Contract Management • Own and manage the full contract lifecycle for assigned vendors., • Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, metrics, and regular performance reviews., • Ensure compliance with contract terms and third-party risk requirements, safeguarding business objectives., • Conduct service quality assessments and validate delivery against contractual agreements., • Identify continuous improvement opportunities across supplier performance and service delivery., • Manage supplier offboarding (phase-out) processes., • Maintain accurate vendor master data for the assigned contract portfolio. Strategic Context The VMO operates within a multi-stakeholder environment, collaborating closely with Delivery Managers, Business Contract Owners, Procurement, support functions, and external suppliers. The role requires balancing: • Value optimization, • Innovation enablement, • Third-party risk management Which are the requirements? • Proven experience in vendor or supplier management, ideally within IT consulting services., • Strong background in contract management and negotiation., • Experience working within structured vendor governance frameworks (e.g., ORMs, BRMs, SRMs)., • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a complex, matrix organization., • Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills., • English fluent.
