Why work with us: What you will do: We’re looking for a proactive, dynamic, and highly organized Housing Assistant to support our Housing team in creating a safe, welcoming, and well‑managed experience for our students. In this role, you’ll help coordinate marketing initiatives, make outreach calls, screen and onboard host families, gather and manage key information, maintain our housing database, and assist with a variety of administrative tasks. If you enjoy working with people, juggling different responsibilities, and contributing to a mission‑driven environment, you’ll fit right in with our small, caring, and fun‑filled team. What you’ll bring: • University degree, • At least one year of experience in a similar sector, • Native level in Spanish and advanced level of English (written and oral), • Enjoy working with people and have strong professional, intercultural, and interpersonal communication skills, • Excellent Organizational and time management skills, • Ability and willingness to remain flexible, shifting between projects based on the seasonality of the program, with a proactive attitude, and eager to provide support to different business areas, • Meticulous attention to detail in a very fast-paced environment, • Strong awareness of inclusion for diversity, equity, and accessibility, • Fast learner of new technology, systems, procedures, and policies, • Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook Diversity Matters: CIEE believes that diversity matters and those professionals with diverse backgrounds provide diverse approaches and ideas to solving problems and finding ways to advance our mission to bring the world together.
