As a Physiotherapist with Empower, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of Musculoskeletal, Neurological and Cardiorespiratory patients. Working in a supportive team environment, you will be responsible for the delivery of Empower Healthcare's comprehensive services across Support at Home and NDIS participants in South-East Melbourne. /p ul liConduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for participants in their own home through Support at home packages/NDIS. /li liWork holistically with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan. /li liEducate participants and their families to optimise their ability to live healthy lives within the community. /li liLiaise with service providers to ensure effective communication. /li liWork autonomously to prioritise and complete tasks, maintain records and provide patient reports. /li /ul h3Do you have what it takes? /h3 pWe are looking for someone that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our people.
