Location: Madrid (Spain/ Austria) Key Responsibilities Responsible for the sales and technical placement of our entire IoT solution portfolio, with strong focus on Managed Connectivity (IoT SIM cards) You are combining the 3 disciplines technology, business and customer value to get the best fitting solution to our customers You are presenting complex systems endtoend to our customers while being able to translate them into clear business outcomes; Curiosity for new tech (AI/ML, digital twins, cybersecurity, 5G) You are identifying new customers and help them on their growth journey You are translating complex IoT solutions into clear, customer‑friendly explanations You are handling complexity and simplify it for customers You have a consultative, trusted‑advisor mindset and comfort working across multiple domains Willingness to travel and regular working time in Vienna Together with the sales team and the product houses you are creating a strategic go to market setup You are pro-actively choosing Marketing and Event activities Required Skills,Experience & Qualification M2M/IoT Background preferred and/or ICT/OT background MNO background a plus (as well as Connectivity Management Platform knowledge) English & Spanish language (business fluent) / fluent Portugese and French are a big plus (but not mandatory) Strategic client planning Strong presentation & rhetoric skills Building and keeping long term customer relationships; Solution selling / consultative selling Value-based selling (ROI, TCO, business case creation) Account management and stakeholder mapping RFP/RFQ support and tender management Understanding of vertical industries: such as Manufacturing, Utilities, OEM etc..University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification Solid experience in IoT/M2M; experience in ICT/OT environments is also valued Knowledge of mobile network operations (MNO) and Connectivity Management Platforms (CMP) is a plus Proven experience in strategic client management, account planning, and building long-term customer relationships Deep understanding of solution selling, consultative selling, and value-based selling concepts What we offer Office in Madrid Opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of businesses in Spain Dynamic, international and innovative working environment Competitive compensation package, including performance-based incentives Professional growth and career development opportunities within the A1 Telekom Austria Group There are many possibilities to develop in our company!
