As a Sales Supervisor, you help lead a team that delivers inclusive and exceptional customer experiences—both in-store and virtually. What You’ll Do: People • Inspire, coach, and support the store team while partnering with the host store to build a culture of accountability and performance., • Assist the management team in onboarding and developing team members, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and supported. Sales and Service • Guide the team to prioritize inclusive, high-quality customer experiences that builds loyalty and repeat business in store and through virtual Shopping., • Ensure MK Ambassadors maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools., • Proactively manage client database to increase sales., • Set and communicate clear sales goals and KPIs, ensuring all team members understand how they contribute to success.. Operations • Promote a proactive approach to loss prevention, collaborating with store leadership to address concerns early., • Use company communication platforms effectively and follow through on relevant updates and actions.
