About the role We are looking for a Technical sales specialist to strengthen our commercial and technical team. In this role, you will provide technical expertise to support sales activities, working closely with distributors, customers, and internal departments to ensure the successful application and positioning of our products in the market. Key responsibilities • Provide technical support to the sales team, • Participate in product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training sessions, • Collaborate with Product Management on product development and market positioning initiatives, • Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and product-related materials, • Support the introduction of new products and participate in product launch activities, • Visit customers, construction sites, and partners to provide technical advice and gather market feedback, • Work closely with sales teams in Spain, Portugal and other markets, • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment and effective information flow Requirements Education: • Proficiency with MS Office, • ERP system, • Mandatory Spanish, English and Portuguese, • Strong organizational and planning skills, • Confidence in public speaking and delivering technical presentations, • Technical understanding of construction materials and their applications, • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to support commercial activities, • Strong communication and collaboration skills, • Availability to travel within Spain, Portugal and Italy, • B driving license
