The Group is experiencing significant growth driven by its focus on off-site construction methods (OSM) for delivering turnkey projects, reducing on-site construction time to a minimum. Job Mission: Coordinate and ensure the correct operation of the production of treated water, guaranteeing compliance with quality, efficiency and safety parameters. Lead the production/operation team, optimize treatment, maintenance, and operation processes, and implement continuous improvements in the plant. Main functions (Reporting to the Project Manager): • Prepare and update the work plan of the work (phases, resources, deadlines)., • Coordinate the necessary work equipment, machinery and materials., • Schedule subcontracting and deliveries of materials., • Supervise that the works are executed according to plans, technical specifications and regulations., • Ensure the correct implementation in the field (stakeouts, dimensions, materials)., • Control the actual progress of the work and detect deviations from the plan., • Collaborate with the construction management in technical and economic planning., • Verify that quality protocols are complied with in materials and processes., • Collaborate with the prevention technician to ensure safety at work, • Track costs and production (certifications, measurements, daily reports)., • Collaborate in the preparation of budgets and comparison of offers., • Collaborate with engineering to resolve discrepancies between drawings and actual conditions on site. Requirements Education: • University degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Environmental, Process) or technical training of equivalent level., • Complementary training in water treatment, membrane technologies, dosing systems, etc., is highly valued. Professional experience: • Minimum experience of 3 years in related positions. Technical knowledge: • Knowledge of water treatment technologies (membranes, ion exchange, filtration, chemical dosing, UV)., • Management of project control systems, • Good level of computing: Microsoft Office, • Fluent English (especially if the company has an international background) – a common requirement at Whitewater. Personal Skills: • Ability to lead and coordinate teams in the field., • Results-oriented, accountable and committed to deadlines., • Ability to solve technical problems on site., • Effective communication with management, suppliers and subcontractors., • Sensitivity to occupational safety and the environment.
