This advertisement refers to the Düsseldorf group of companies, whose store locations you can find here:peek-cloppenburg.De/de/stores .WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FORCreative Direction: You define and drive the creative vision for the Heavy Woven category across Men’s, shaping a clear design direction that balances brand identity, trend relevance, and commercial success.Trend Research: You research market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes for both segments and translate them into innovative, relevant designs for our target customers.Collection Development: You develop seasonal Men’s collections from first concept to final product, including sketches, fabric and trim selection,colorpalettes, and technical packages.Fit & Quality: You ensureoptimalfit, silhouette, and garment construction for both target groups, reviewprototypesand samples, and provide precise feedback to technical teams and suppliers.Cross-Functional Work: You work closely with Buying, Product DevelopmentandMerchandising to align assortment strategy, pricing, and production feasibility across Men’s.Performance Focus: You track category performance across both segments, gather consumer feedback, and adjust design strategies to continuously strengthen results and relevance.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORYour Educational Background: You hold aBachelor’sdegree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field and bringa strong foundationin woven garment development.Your Strengths: You combine creative vision with analytical thinking and have deepexpertisein Heavy Wovens, fabric properties, and garment construction. Youcanbalance trend forecasting with performance data, stay responsive across the value chain, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Your Profile: You bring at least 7 years of experience in fashion design, supported by a strong portfolioshowcasingHeavy Woven productexpertiseacross Men’s. You collaborate confidently across functions, communicate design intent clearly to internal and external partners, andmaintainstrong vendor relationships to drive innovation, quality, and efficiency.
