Full-Time, Spain - Dubai About the Role: We are looking for a Blockchain & Web3 Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of our Web3-powered ecosystem. You will be responsible for coordinating with third-party blockchain developers, ensuring technical efficiency, and integrating cryptocurrency and tokenomics into our platform. This role requires deep knowledge of blockchain development, smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, and tokenomics—as well as experience managing teams and working with developers to bring Web3 projects to life. Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight & Coordination Act as the bridge between our company and third-party blockchain development teams. Ensure smooth communication, progress tracking, and timely delivery of Web3-based features. Manage the full development cycle of blockchain and crypto-based products. Technical Leadership Oversee the integration of smart contracts, decentralized apps (dApps), tokenomics, and blockchain features into our platform. Innovation & Research Stay up-to-date with emerging Web3 trends, blockchain advancements, and DeFi innovations. Recommend and implement the latest technologies and protocols. Requirements: years of experience in blockchain development, Web3 architecture, or crypto project management. Strong technical understanding of Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, or other Layer-1/Layer-2 solutions. Experience working with smart contracts (Solidity, Rust), DeFi, NFT ecosystems, and DAOs. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills. Bonus Points: Experience in Web3 community building (DAOs, governance, token incentives). Knowledge of AI-powered blockchain tools and how they integrate with Web3 applications. Passion for sports, entertainment, and fan engagement. Job Role of a Customer Service Advisor & Administrator: - Customer Services over the phone and at the counter. - Attending phone calls; (Answering inbound calls. Making outbound calls if required). - Replying to emails, scheduling appointments if required. - Collecting documents (e.g. Passport, Proof of Address, Travel Insurance, Travel Ticket, Hotel Reservation etc.) from the Applicants. - Taking payment from the Applicants. - Soft copies & hard copies of Recordkeeping. - Data entry – applicants data entry in the software. - Occasionally you may need to contact/visit the different offices in different locations in Spain.
