Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Patient Transport Driver to join our team. As a Patient Transport Driver, you will play a crucial role in transferring patients and service users between different locations including but not limited to hotels and medical centres. Responsibilities: Safely transport service users/patients to and from their homes, medical facilities, and other destinations. Support them in and out of the vehicle, ensuring their comfort and safety. Provide exceptional customer service. Coordinate with control team, informing them of the situation and proactively manage their journeys. Ensure the cleanliness and daily reporting of the vehicle status to the office. Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols. Communicate effectively with the hotel management/security personnel/dispatch team while picking and dropping off the users.
