ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage high-volume inbound and outbound sales motions across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video and social media outreach for B2B (business to business). /liliAbility to identify key points of contacts through Sales Navigator as well as all forms of desk targets. /liliActively manage sales pipeline with a focus on moving all prospects through the sales funnel. /liliDocument all relevant prospect and customer interactions on CRM (Salesforce). /liliTransition qualified leads from pipeline to onboarding team to finalize the transaction. /liliReview and report daily, monthly and quarterly metrics to help achieve sales goals. /li /ulh3Additional information /h3pbWorking Hours: /b Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm, with a 1‑hour fully paid break. /ppbHybrid role: /b 3 days home office (Wed Thu office). /ppbTraining: /b /ppbSalary Bulgaria: /b Euro gross a month + performance bonus euro gross (quaterly). /ppbSalary Greece: /b 1150 Euro gross a month + project bonus 150 Euro a month + performance bonus 1000 Euro gross (quaterly). /ppbRelocation: /b relocation to Greece/Bulgaria. Remote work outside of Greece/Bulgaria is not permitted. /ppbRelocation package: /b We provide full support with relocation to Greece/Bulgaria - including flight reimbursement, 2 weeks hotel and advanced payment. /ph3Requirements /h3ulliKnowledge of English and Spanish at min.
