We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team in Mataró, Spain This is a full-time, dynamic role supporting our Sales Team in Spain, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and sales process coordination. You’ll assist in daily sales activities, manage VIP client requests, and collaborate across departments to ensure top-tier service and internal efficiency. What you’ll do: Sales Assistance • Support Business Development Managers in day-to-day tasks, • Reconnect with low-active or sleeping clients, • Help onboard new clients and provide information about Go Global Travel services, • Maintain CRM data and assist with sales reporting, • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp, • Assist in organizing client events and tracking client feedback Customer Support (VIP clients) • Handle booking reconfirmations and post-travel issues, • Arrange special services (e.g., parking, breakfast) for VIP clients, • Escalate urgent or sensitive requests as needed Internal Coordination • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and other teams, • Proactively follow up on urgent or delayed tasks What you’ll bring • At least 1 year of experience within the company, • Background in sales support or operations – required, • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Spanish & English), • Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized, • Proactive, team player with a client-focused mindset, • Positive attitude, independent problem-solver, eager to learn
