OVERSEAS HOLIDAY REP – LOCATION BENIDORM The position will be based in Benidorm looking after British Stag and Hen parties The job will last until the end of September 2026. (Before the end of season we will have a discussion regarding possible continuation through the winter) Job Role - The job will entail, meeting stag and hen groups on arrival, performing short welcome meetings to groups, handling day to day issues, guiding events such as bar crawls, go karting, and meal nights. Working days - The job is 5/6 days per week with at least one day off per week. Usually Tuesdays or Wednesdays or both. The job involves working weekends and night times in Benidorm when we have groups. Low season would mean 2 days off per week. Salary - The agreed salary is 1500 net euros per month This can be paid directly into your Spanish bank account. Monthly salary is paid on the 1st of each month. Uniform - You will be provided with some uniform in resort. Polo shirts, guiding shirts and badges and a hoodie. You will be expected to have some smart white trainers. Accommodation - This is not included in the contract. We will help you look for accommodation. Training - Full training will be given during the first month. August – 2 weeks fully paid holidays given. Contract. You will be employed on an official 40 hours contract and we will pay into the social security system. Hours – You are expected to work the hours needed to carry out the role. In quieter months it is nice and quiet. In peak season it is really busy. The job can entail early starts and late nights. Flexibility is the key. Commission – You have the opportunity to upsell events in resort and you will get commission paid on the spot for any extra events sold in resort. IE Waterpark tickets / Meals etc. You receive 25% of the profit from anything sold in the resort. This can be up to 200€ per week if you have good sales ability.
