ppbDepartment: /bCommercial Strategy Implementation /p pbLocation: /bLas Palmas /p h3Description /h3 pBe part of the Commercial Strategy Implementation (CSI) team, which focuses on professionalising and implementing strategic initiatives across the commercial function. /p pYou will be part of the Commercial Support team, supporting the commercial organisation through operational, administrative, and system-related activities. /p pContribute to cross-functional projects within Commercial Strategy Implementation and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to support strategic initiatives. /p pWork in a dynamic, global environment, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple time zones. /p h3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liTake ownership of administrative and operational tasks from Commercial teams to improve system accuracy and allow greater focus on core commercial activities. /li liProvide day-to-day support in the execution of operational tasks. /li liEnsure accurate registration of contracts in systems while maintaining ownership of contract structures and master data quality. /li liSupport administrative execution of claims and debunkering activities. /li liMaintain customer structure (SRC) to support a reliable CRM environment. /li liSupport commercial activities by ensuring accuracy of deal margins across systems and reporting tools. /li liWork closely with internal stakeholders across global offices to support business operations. /li liCoordinate and support cross-functional initiatives within Commercial Strategy Implementation (CSI). /li liIdentify and propose system/process improvements to improve structure and professionalism across commercial administrative and system related matters. /li liProvide support for ad hoc tasks, projects, and business initiatives as required. /li /ul h3KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE /h3 ul liAnalytical and structured mindset with attention to detail. /li liProficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Excel automation tools (eg macros/VBA) is an advantage. /li liStrong problem-solving skills with ability to identify anomalies and act proactively. /li liAbility to improve processes and strengthen controls. /liliProject management skills. /li liAble to work effectively under pressure, meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
