Position: Retail Project Manager Location: Barcelona, Spain Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Retail Project Manager to lead the rollout of commercial store design and construction projects for global retail brands. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing complete retail stores projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of store projects, ensuring quality, compliance, timelines, and budgets are met across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities • Lead the full lifecycle of retail design, construction and interior fit-out projects, from planning through execution., • Act as the main point of contact for clients, aligning their goals with project execution., • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including architecture, engineering, and construction professionals., • Develop and manage detailed schedules, budgets, and documentation., • Navigate permitting procedures and ensure regulatory compliance across different regions., • Identify project risks and implement timely corrective actions., • Lead internal and external meetings to ensure alignment and transparency., • Oversee quality, cost and time control and ensure work is delivered to brand standards., • Support project teams with MEP-FP and construction site knowledge. What We’re Looking For • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail construction project management (mandatory)., • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field., • Experience managing permit processes across multiple jurisdictions., • Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit)., • Fluent English (professional level)., • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills., • Familiarity with MEP-FP systems and construction supervision., • Availability to travel occasionally for project needs.
