Role Description This is a full-time on-site position located in Barcelona for a Massage & Nordic Spa Therapist. The therapist will be responsible for delivering a range of massage therapies, including therapeutic, and relaxing treatments, as well as providing personalised experiences for guests through traditional Nordic (aufguss) and Slavic (parenie) sauna rituals (training will be provided). The role also involves maintaining high standards of guest care, collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless spa experience, and contributing to the overall ambiance of wellness and relaxation at PORVAPOR. Qualifications • Proficiency in therapeutic massage, and treatment-based therapies, • Expertise in body massage and relaxation techniques, • Good health and tolerance to sauna heat, • Knowledge of traditional Nordic and Slavic sauna rituals and practices is desirable, • Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, • Professional massage certification or relevant qualifications, • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment, • Fluency in English; Spanish or knowledge of additional languages is a plus
