ph3Job Description /h3 pWe are seeking a highly motivated Assembly Quality Engineer to join our Quality team for a highly demanding, fast‑paced new development program. In this technologically advanced environment, you will be a cornerstone in ensuring compliance with strict aerospace standards, driving digitalization, and collaborating across transnational teams. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liQuality Assurance Compliance: ul liEnsure products are delivered with the highest quality and in full compliance with established processes. /li liDefine and cascade critical quality standards, including FMEA, MSA, and Problem Solving. /li liManage quality deviations and concessions. /li liProvide robust compliance advice and direction to the organization. /li /ul /li liSubcontractor Supplier Management: ul liManage subcontracted services to ensure alignment with program requirements. /li /ul /li liAudits Issue Resolution: ul liConduct rigorous process and product audits. /li liLead root cause investigations and implement effective corrective/preventive actions to prevent recurrence. /li /ul /li liDigitalization Continuous Improvement: ul liDrive the integration of digital tools and predictive analytics to enhance traceability and decision‑making. /li liLead continuous improvement and innovation projects focused on optimizing operational efficiency and reducing non‑quality costs. /li /ul /li liCross‑Functional Collaboration: ul liPartner with Design, Materials, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to guarantee "quality by design" and manufacturability. /li liCommunicate quality findings clearly to all organizational levels. /li /ul /li /ul h3Required Qualifications Skills /h3 ul liEducation: University degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines. /li liExperience: Proven experience in assembly quality or engineering. Experience in aircraft structure and system assembly operations is required. /li liTechnical Expertise: ul liDeep understanding of assembly processes and aerospace regulations (EN/AS9100, EASA Part 21G/J). /li liDeep knowledge of measurement systems, with a strong emphasis on laser measurement technologies. /li liProven knowledge and experience in tooling quality. /li liMastery of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and key quality tools (FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, SPC, MSA). /li /ul /li liProject Management: Demonstrable experience managing quality projects from scope definition to closure. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high‑demand, fast‑paced environment. /li liDigital Proficiency: Familiarity with MES, PLM, and SAP.
