Job Description: • Master's degree / Diploma in Engineering or similar qualifications., • At least 5 years of experience working in modeling and simulation, • Proven experience of thermal management systems modelling, • Proven experience of systems architecture trade-off modelling and simulation., • Thermal and fluid mechanical background., • Multiphysics Simulation: Dymola/Modelica, Matlab Simulink, Amesim, PROOSIS or similar experience., • Good scripting and programming skills is a plus., • Project management experience would be a plus., • Strong relationship building, networking, interpersonal and communication skills., • High degree of initiative, credibility, independence, integrity, confidentiality and trust., • Languages: Negotiation level of English/Spanish., • French/German is considered a plus., • Vacation days plus additional days-off along the year (Apróx. 35 days per year in total)., • Attractive salary., • Hybrid model of working (40% per quarter) when possible, promoting the work-life balance., • Collective transport service subject to working calendar/home location., • Benefits such as life insurance, health insurance, employee stock options, retirement plan, or study grants., • On-site facilities (among others): free canteen, kindergarten, medical office., • Possibility to collaborate in different social and corporate social responsibility initiatives., • Excellent upskilling opportunities and great development prospects in a multicultural environment.
