What will you do? You will attend to customers of an important company in the automotive sector who contact us via call and email for clarification of doubts, incident management, post-sales tasks... What are we looking for? • Previous experience in customer service., • Native level of English., • Excellent customer service skills., • Empathetic person, able to establish trusting relationships with others., • Excellent communication and listening skills., • Adaptability to customer requests and ability to handle them with agility., • Knowledge of common IT tools, familiarity and knowledge in the use of digital tools (e-commerce platforms)., • Goal oriented. It will be positively valued: • Previous experience in contact center., • Previous experience in customer service via phone and email., • High level of Spanish.
