WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER MISSION: After a period of training at our facilities in Spain, you will take on sales responsibility for national and international markets, promoting all STAC product and service lines. Your duties will include: • Developing and maintaining business relationships with clients in the Polish and German markets., • Presenting and advising on the company's complete portfolio of technical solutions., • Identify growth opportunities and develop overseas business strategies., • Represent STAC in national and international visits, meetings, trade fairs and events., • Coordinate with product, engineering, logistics and marketing departments to ensure global customer service. REQUIREMENTS: • Desirable university education or intermediate or higher vocational training in the fields of: Business Administration and Management, Economics, Commerce or similar., • Commercial or technical experience, preferably in industrial environments, of at least 2-3 years., • Advanced level in Microsoft Office software and internal management software (ERP, CRM, etc.)., • Polish language is mandatory. High level of English or Spanish. High level of German., • Communication skills, customer orientation and proactive attitude., • Availability to travel 15 days per month on average abroad., • Residence close to the office (Olkusz - Polska) or availability to settle in the area.
