Manage customers’ portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a long-term and structured relationship in line with the company’s overall strategy, while increasing operational performance, and business profitability.br /Organize and coordinate after-sales service operations: customer follow-up, contract and service call management, deployment of activities at existing and new sites, and operational management of after-sales service teams.br /Ensure compliance with commitments regarding quality, deadlines, and costs.br /////// JOB DESCRIPTIONbr /Your mission will include the following activities:br /Develop and monitor the products Sales and After-Sales Service activity plan for the area: activity forecasts, workload plans, operating budgets, and monitoring of costs and profitability for services and service contracts.br /Contribute to the business development of tooling sales and after-sales services such as: preparing proposals and quotes, negotiating and monitoring contracts, and managing customer relationships.br /Conduct business reviews and contribute to defining corrective and improvement actions.br /And specifically for the After-Sales perimeter:br /Manage and coordinate all After-Sales Service activities within the assigned area (region/sites): organizing operations, implementing the company’s after-sales service strategy, managing resources, and developing team skills.br /Oversee the feasibility and execution of After-Sales Service activities: assess technical and human resources, prioritize tasks, approve service requests, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.br /Organize the planning of After-Sales Service activities (schedules, timing, subcontracting) and ensure regular communication with customers regarding the progress of services.br /Participate in defining and implementing after-sales service and sales processes and procedures.br /////// PROFILEbr /With a higher education background in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, you have continued your studies with a specialization in Business/Project Management.br /You also have at least 10 years of experience in MRO/MRE.br /You have excellent writing skills.br /You are fluent in English German.br /You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and interpersonal skills. xhfqzwm br /You have a strong interest in international technical environments.br /////// CONDITIONSbr /Location : Madridbr /Contract : Permanent contractbr /Start date : As soon as possiblebr /Travel : Regularly
