REQUIRED TRAINING University training in Labour Relations, Psychology, Sociology or similar. Specialization courses are recommended. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 2 to 3 years or more in a similar position. LANGUAGES Spanish level C1 in effective competence. Catalan level C1 in effective competition. English level B2 (mandatory). French level B2 (recommended). SKILLS • Intermediate level in Windows OS and Microsoft Office., • To be up to date and updated on the labour legal changes of the country in question (Spain)., • Ability to work in a team., • A decisive and dynamic person., • Learning capacity – You will need to take specific training to update your knowledge based on the changes that have been emerging in the Spanish legal system., • Ability to organize and control., • Analytical and reasoning skills., • Communication skills., • Adaptation to change., • Ability to work in a team., • Empathy and professionalism. MAIN FUNCTIONS • Management of company resources (staff) (schedules, vacations, leave, sick leave, personal days, work accidents, etc.). Carry out a follow-up of the system of control of attendance, absenteeism and preparation of reports., • To keep track and monitor temporary employment agency staff and potential interns (internships)., • Design and maintenance of a database with the professional profiles of the company's personnel., • Creation of the company's internal policy (vacation policy, remuneration policy, internal rules, working hours, etc.)., • Creation of the Equality Plan, the Plan against Harassment & LGTBI., • Propose and develop HR management policies (personnel management improvements)., • Talent management & training: plan, develop and modify the Training Plan (propose training actions for personnel for the development of internal talent)., • Analysis and description of jobs., • Preparation and updating of organizational charts, reports and job offers., • Recruitment and selection: reception and screening of CVs, search for candidates, selection, reception and promotion of personnel., • Labour relations: participate in meetings with the Works Council, establish basic channels of communication with the Committee and Labour/Management Advisors., • Management of internal communication.
