Please take a closer look… We are seeking an experienced Labor Relations Specialist to join our HR team in our Wealth-tech organisation with a multi-country footprint (16 offices). In this role, you will contribute to ensure Allfunds’ policies and people processes comply with labour laws and collective agreements at a global level, interpreting and administering labour contracts to maintain transparent and responsible employment practices. About the role: • Offering counselling services to managers and employees., • Partnering with both senior business stakeholders and HR teams to develop and implement Employee Relations best practices and programs., • Handling employee complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counselling in conjunction with other stakeholders., • Instructing and liaising with counsel in relation to any tribunal proceedings where external legal counsel may be required., • Drafting settlement agreements and employment contracts., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and maintain compliance with all relevant laws as it relates to company handbooks, global policies and procedures. About you • 3-5 years’ experience in similar role., • Legal or law Bachelor's degree., • Master degree in Employee relations is a plus., • Understanding of global labor relation topics, trends and laws & regulations and their impact., • Ability to build credible relationships / partnerships across multiple functions with international partners at varying levels of the company., • Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize shifting demands., • Ability to respect confidentiality within the team and throughout the organization., • Ability to influence and guide with analytical skills while seeing the big picture and being able to think strategically, • Excellent communication and organizational skills in English.
