For its Madrid based office, our client, an international Financial Services structure, is currently looking for a:µ Junior Accountant - experience in a Fiduciary or Financial Services environment (m/f) Responsibilities (but not limited to) • Accounting, reporting, and preparing and issuing invoices for several companies., • Bank reconciliations, preparation and submission of tax returns and SII, and preparation and review of annual accounts., • Preparing all types of accounts, payments, cash flow statements, reports, financial statements, cash positions, and tax positions for client companies., • Preparing regulatory reports for third parties., • Bookkeeping, including accounting entries and related supporting documentation., • Assisting with audits by providing the required information., • Obtaining accounting information for tax filings and preparing tax submission files for the STA., • Ideally minimum of 1 year of working experience managing a client portfolio as well as full accounting lifecycle experience within the Spanish framework., • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field., • Proficient level of English (B1/B2/C1) to communicate fluently with clients., • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment., • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects or tasks, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure., • A proactive approach to daily tasks and a strong team-oriented attitude., • Interest in working with different cultures.
