We are looking for a driven estate agent to join our growing team in Orihuela Costa.
This is a performance focused role suited to someone who wants to build a serious career in property. If you’re happy doing 1 sale a month, this is not for you.
The Role:
- Managing and converting buyer enquiries
- Attending viewings and closing deals
- Working to clear targets and KPIs
- Building consistent monthly sales
Requirements:
- Sales experience
- Strong communication skills
- Self motivated and competitive mindset
- Full driving licence
