We are looking for high-performing Sales Agents to join our team under the direction of our Sales Manager in Benicàssim (Castellón) and Mallorca. This is a unique opportunity to work with an international team with 20 years of experience in luxury real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of the sales process for off-plan luxury villas.
- Providing bespoke consultancy to high-net-worth international investors.
- Conducting on-site viewings and technical presentations of the project.
- Working closely with the Sales Manager to exceed conversion targets.
- Maintaining precise records in our CRM.
Requirements:
- Languages: Good level of English is requiered, and German would be a great addition.. You must be able to negotiate and build trust with German-speaking clients.
- Sector Knowledge: While previous experience as a real estate agent is not strictly required, a deep understanding of sales processes, floor plans, and the new construction (off-plan) market is essential.
-Profile: We are looking for "natural-born sellers." If you have a background in luxury hospitality, high-end retail, or architectural sales and you are excellent at closing deals, we want to meet you. - Presence: Impeccable professional image and the ability to build immediate rapport with high-net-worth individuals.
