Amaré Properties is growing — and we’re looking for our next estate agent.
We are a modern, independent boutique estate agency based on the Costa Blanca, with a strong focus on quality properties, exceptional marketing and a genuinely personal service.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and people-focused autónomo estate agent to join the team and grow with the company.
📍 Location: Costa Blanca North preferred, although Costa Blanca South will also be considered
💼 Experience: Ideally 1+ year in Spanish real estate
📋 Working arrangement: Autónomo / self-employed
💰 Commission: Up to 50%
🚗 Driving licence: Essential
🗣️ Languages: English essential; Spanish and/or other European languages are a strong advantage

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Most importantly, personality matters.
You don't necessarily need to be the most experienced agent on the Costa Blanca. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, ambition and work ethic.
Someone who is hungry to succeed.
Someone who enjoys meeting people.
Someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, generate their own opportunities and go the extra mile for a client.
And someone who wants to be part of building something rather than simply having another job.
Previous experience in Spanish real estate is preferred, ideally at least one year, and a strong understanding of the Costa Blanca property market would be a major advantage.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Property sales and acquisitions
- Conducting property viewings
- Managing and developing client relationships
- Generating and following up leads
- Valuing and bringing new properties to market
- Negotiating between buyers and sellers
- Working with international clients
- Developing local relationships and networks
- Supporting property marketing and content creation
- Maintaining excellent communication throughout the sales process
THE WORKING STRUCTURE
This is an autónomo / self-employed position, giving you the flexibility and independence to manage your own schedule and business while benefiting from the Amaré Properties brand, marketing, support and property network.
Commission is up to 50%, depending on the transaction and your involvement in generating and completing the business.
